Combining sleek modern design with functional upgrades, Choice Sushi restaurant transforms the dining experience of the existing sushi restaurant through this comprehensive refurbishment. Our design approach expands the kitchen to optimise workflow whilst integrating the existing sushi rail into the new layout. The refreshed interiors feature a sophisticated material palette and a modernised brand identity, creating an inviting and cohesive space for dine-in and takeaway experiences. Strategically arranged seating, including perpendicularly aligned inbuilt benchtops, maximizes capacity while maintaining comfort and efficiency. The result is a refined atmosphere that perfectly complements the artistry of sushi.
