The EDA wished to convert an existing heritage residence into a new study centre. This project involved alteration and additions to the residence and a new detached study centre: refurbishment of the existing heritage fabric, and new commercial kitchen, amenities, oratory, laundry and living spaces. The site was addressed with new landscaping, lighting, car parking, and recreational areas. The project included architectural design, heritage refurbishment, documentation, and contract administration.
