The existing heritage-listed factories were refurbished into purpose-built retail spaces that respond to the wide heritage context of Rosebery, NSW. The expansive space of the dual warehouses provided opportunities for open pedestrian access, interior garden spaces and ranging retail spaces including clothing stores, cafès, childcare centres, gym, carparking, bathrooms and service spaces, that respond to the retained heritage elements of the former factories. Nimbus Architecture and Heritage has successfully developed heritage interpretation plans and other heritage documentation including detail documentation for CC, and construction, conservation work schedules, salvage strategy plans, construction services as well as heritage sign off on completion.
